 Brahmāstra is upcoming Indian superhero fantasy movie which is coming from Bollywood under the banner of Dharma Productions ( Karan Johar Film production house). The movie is written and directed by AYAN MUKHERJEE. The movie is in development for almost 7 years. Obviously pandemic played some role in it. But It is the much awaited most anticipated Bollywood movie from recent. Director Ayan Mukerji said that this movie is a part of a bigger Cinematic universe like MCU or DCU(?( This universe is named as ĀSTRAVERSE as The plot of the universe is around the Cosmic divine Astra of the universe...most of which are adopted from ancient Hindu literature. Unlike superhero comics of US, Indian super comics have never become so successful in India. Indian people care more about Marvel, DC comics than Indian origin comics. Raj Comics tried to make some scratches but it is not sufficient. But Why?! Why do people prefer foreign supes over Indian origin superhero. Let's dig it Brandings Indian comics failed to establish themselves as brand. Although Indian comics are newbies in compare to Marvel, DC. But Still in mordern day, it is not as tough as we thought.
